Whatcha eatin on Monday?
Hi all..I see the board has been busy! Good stuff! Our board has been soooo slow lately and it's so nice to hear from people I haven't seen in a while. Anyway, in a rush, gotta go to a new job. I'll try to catch up on posts if it slows down at work.
Lean Cuisine Steak n broccoli
2 HB eggs, Light n Fit yogurt
Atkins Shake
Buffalo Chicken Salad w/ lite Blue Cheese
I packed some NSA applesauce for later

I'm at work and it's kinda slow so I'm here to share my menu and check the board.
Breakfast: 1 slice of wheat toast w/ 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: bananna
Lunch: 1 c. chicken noodle soup and 4 saltine crackers
Snack: Low Carb snickers marathon bar
Dinner: Tomato/Basil tuna kit
Snack: String cheese and few grapes
That's it for me..
Water: bad
Vitamins: bad
Exercise: bad

Today I had
small banana and protein coffee for breakfast
Lunch was chili with cheese
snack: small plum
dinner: chili with cheese and crackers with sf apple jelly (not at the same time as the chili)
pear
over 100oz water
2.2 miles of walking and all vitamins......
I am hungr now and might have some light kettle korn not sure....
