Hi all. Hope your weekend went smoothly. I worked all weekend, had off one day, and now going back for 4 days. Whoo! I was exhausted yesterday and slept all day. I'm sure i'll be tired for the next 4 days as well! I'll certainly try to post! My day hasn't been too exciting thus far, just gonna go take a shower and rest up for work tonight. Here's my menu: Burger King Cheeseburger bottom bun only, 1/2 sm. onion rings I'll have a shake before I head off to work I'm packing whatever it is my mom's making for dinner Fluids: not enough Vitamins: next on the list of "to do's" April

profect lentils, egg, pinch cheese; few chunks cantelope whey shake with soy, decaf espresso more lentil/egg mix that I did not eat at breakfast, a few bites of chicken and cottage cheese for dinner I am making some vegetarian crumbles with this mushroom sauce, might put in some white beans. Surely there will be some shredded LF cheese as that goes on EVERYTHING. Another shake before bed Water - tons Vitamins - yep Exercise - treadmill this morning and stretching out tonite and in the morning.

Well, It made me ill just to look at it on paper, but hear it goes Coffee and meds String cheese 3 slices turkey bacon Code red Mountain Dew 1/2 apple 2 popsicles yam and cheese pizza 2 tiny slices all I will do now is drink more water before bedtime. Fluids: 80+ Vitamins: 1 more time b4 bed Jean

Jean, your menu isn't bad at all. Somedays we need to treat ourselves, as long as its not EVERYDAY, we can relax a little. Keep up the good work! April
