Hello!!!!
Hi all. Sorry I've been MIA but my PC went on the lam again! There was spyware on it and it just wasn't working right so I decided to stay off it. Nothing new to report here. I go back to Miami next week for another vacation..last one of the summer. And I weighed myself....170!!! What the hell??? It's about 8 lbs. from my lowest and I had weighed myself 2 days later....172!!!! Mind you, I had been doing good..not great but good, and I've been working my ass off in the gym lately. I weighed myself later in day after I had drank several bottles of water so that better be the reason!!! I was beside myself! I've gotta do something, so I'll be contacting my dietician VERY soon. I need to discuss the whole calorie thing, the protein I should be getting at this point, etc. Then I was told that I shouldn't be doing protein shakes at this point unless it's as a meal replacement. I dunno. Hopefully I can get some insight from her. The good thing is that I look a little better in a bikini now...those extra lbs. better be muscle dammit!!!! That's weird though, my body actually looks a lil better. I got my date for my breast augmentation which is Oct. 25. I'm gonna see if he can do a little lipo around the belly area as well just to make it look a little less overlapish. Anyway, I'm back to posting menus. I have to!! I definitely need to be accountable! Here it goes...

1 C. LF cottage cheese, 1/4c. cup sliced strawberries
Light n Fit yogurt, Atkins shake about an hour later...I'm always starving at the end of my shift
1 serv. Harvest Cheddar Sunchips, 25g New Whey vial...the Sunchips didn't help my cause whatsoever
Don't know what's for dinner...a nice salad maybe?
Exercise: 1 hr. cardio work at gym
Vitamins: none yet...yet!
Fluids: 46 oz. so far...

Here's my menu for today....
Breakast: Grilled ground turkey patty
Snack: 1 Chocolate chip cookie
Lunch: 1.5 C. of chicken noodle soup and 4 saltine crackers
Snack: Handful of grapes
Dinner: Tomato and Basil Tuna kit
Snack: NSA oatmeal made with 6 oz cc milk.
That's it for me.. I haven't counted calories lately but my weight is stable! I'm falling between 183 and 185 everyday.

With all my plastic surgery think the breast aug was the most noticable change for others, you couldn't see all the othe saggy skin with my clothes on.
I bet since you work out so much and are so young you don't have half of the other issues with skin that I did.
