Alright Ladies, It's time to share what you have had to eat today. The good, the bad and the ugly. I was a little less snacky than I was yesterday. I went crazy
Here's my menu..
Breakfast: NSA oatmeal made with 6 oz cc milk
Lunch: Slim fast protein bar and carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: 5 saltine crackers and a few big globe grapes
Dinner: South beach frozen dinner.. chicken and broccoli penne pasta
Snack: protein shake
Water: doing good
Vitamins: yep
Exercise: don't even wanna talk about it.'

I am here ladies!!! Work has been hectic, census is up and so are the traumas!! Anyways here it is...
B-bagel and strawberry cream cheese, and 4 pieces baked bacon.
L-banana, and a few bites of garden salsa mutigrain sun chips.
D-vegetable beef barley soup about 2 cups, of course it took me a whole hour to eat it.
snack, nothing yet, not sure if I will be awake for that.

I've been bad - bad and then worse...........
Breakfast: pretzles and half an apple and 1/4 cup cashews
Lunch: Popcorn and the other half of apple
Snack: another 1/4 cup of cashews
Dinner: Half of grilled chicken salad with TOO much ranch dressing
Snack: Half of a small mocha moolatte from Dairy Queen
Water: done
Vitamins: completely forgot until now
Exercise: HAHA - although I did mow the lawn
I'm hoping tomorrow will be better..............it would be difficult for it to be worse...LOL
