Alright Ladies, It's time to share what you have had to eat today. The good, the bad and the ugly. I was a little less snacky than I was yesterday. I went crazy Here's my menu.. Breakfast: NSA oatmeal made with 6 oz cc milk Lunch: Slim fast protein bar and carb/sugar control yogart Snack: 5 saltine crackers and a few big globe grapes Dinner: South beach frozen dinner.. chicken and broccoli penne pasta Snack: protein shake Water: doing good Vitamins: yep Exercise: don't even wanna talk about it.' Ok, who's next???? April where r u???? Kay

It has been one of those days, but here goes the good the bad and the ugly. B two pieces ww cinnomon toast. L grilled cheese and four moz sticks. S 8oz skim milk D going to the buffet at Loup River Inn. Will try to be good. Hazel

I am here ladies!!! Work has been hectic, census is up and so are the traumas!! Anyways here it is... B-bagel and strawberry cream cheese, and 4 pieces baked bacon. L-banana, and a few bites of garden salsa mutigrain sun chips. D-vegetable beef barley soup about 2 cups, of course it took me a whole hour to eat it. snack, nothing yet, not sure if I will be awake for that. Steph

I've been bad - bad and then worse........... Breakfast: pretzles and half an apple and 1/4 cup cashews Lunch: Popcorn and the other half of apple Snack: another 1/4 cup of cashews Dinner: Half of grilled chicken salad with TOO much ranch dressing Snack: Half of a small mocha moolatte from Dairy Queen Water: done Vitamins: completely forgot until now Exercise: HAHA - although I did mow the lawn I'm hoping tomorrow will be better..............it would be difficult for it to be worse...LOL Rose from PA

Looks like we are on the same page on today's eating. Here's praying that tomorrow is better. I call mine stress. Got ta get it under control before I put on any more weight. Hazel

profect B: egg and half cup lentils with a bit of shredded LF cheese whey shake with soy milk bean/chicken salad at Cheesecake Factory jay robb protein bar d: few bites meat lasagne, half pork chop....nibbles as I walked thru whole foods 1/2 c SF Starbucks chocolate brownie coffee icecream vits and water exercise - the gym closed for the jewish holiday
