Tuesday Menu
Hi everyone,
We're all struggling so with the ups and ups and slight downs in our weight. I am trying to be accountable by thinking about what I eat - doing more planning and documenting where I can. Like Ronna, I also feel good doing a liquid day and am trying to do it once a week....timing has not allowed me to do the full RYP. I am not a carb person, anyway. But I LOVE my fatty foods!!
Here's today's menu....
Profect
egg, 3 slices turkey bacon, pinch shredded LF cheese
whey shake with soy milk
shredded chicken breast and white beans with LF vinagrette
whey shake with soy milk
Exekiel small unsprouted grain tortilla with 2 slices turkey, slice avocado, slice LF swiss and a dollop of LF ranch dressing. Slice canteloupe.
I had a bit too much salt today. With 2 shakes and the profect in the morning my meal portions are much smaller.
30 minutes treadmill and long walk
vitamins and water - yep

Well hello there, Tiff Thanks for posting!! It helps me! I was a snacking machine today for some reason! Nothing too bad but I grazed all day long!
Here's to being accountable
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
Snack: carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch:Italian Turkey sausage link & A banana
Snack:beef jerky and handful of baked lays
Snack: Pickle spear
Dinner: Salad w/ hb egg, sunflower seeds, cheese, raw broccoli and lite italian
Snack: carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: mini bag of peanut m&m's
I don't know what my problem was today??? I just couldn't stop!
I'll do better tomorrow!
