Thursday's Tasty Vittles
How was your eating today? Good, bad or liquid, let's share what you had to eat....
Profect at 3:30am - I really thought I ate enuf yesterday
few chunks of cantelope and 1.5 eggs with cheese
whey shake with soy milk, espresso decaf
white beans, canned chicken, shredded cheese, 1/3 avocado, LF basil dressing, peas
1/3c egg salad with LF miracle whip
most of a tofu scrambler frozen meal - just the tofu part, not the potato part
Will try for another shake later tonite so I sleep thru the night. I keep thinking about this artichoke dip I saw at the grocery - I dont crave/indulge in carbs, I like real food, fatty food.

Ok, here's what I have had....
Breakfast: Slim fast protein bar and carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch: 1/2 c. broccoli salad and 1 bbq pork rib.. last of the leftovers
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
Dinner: South beach diet frozen dinner.. chicken caprese and broccoli
Snack: SF Chocolate pudding cup w/ 1/2 scoop of protein mixed in.
That's it for me... I'm sooooo ready for the weekend

So yesterday I was all done writing the menu post and my computer just shut off! Without cause! I'm convinced now that I have a virus on he thing, but my dad will have to deal with it when he gets back. Today, I filled in for a nurse that works with young adults that have cerebral palsy. I really liked it! They're severe, so they really can't do anyhting on thier own but the women in the program are great with the residents! Just wanted to share but on to food!
