Need Help
I think at this point we are all struggling with this same problem. Several have gone back to basics. Make sure you get in all your protien and drink all your water and excersing. Check out what Ronna and Jen Jen are doing they've had great success with it.
I know I'm struggling with the same issues.

Hugs Janet Sorry to hear your having a rough patch. I would suggest going back to basics. Protein first & lots of water. Also maybe work with a nutritionist or counselor to help you plan meals & talk to. I plan my meals in the morning and stick to it, I notice that helps. Let us know if we can help in anyway.
There are things people have done to get back on track, but from what you said, I think it is deeper than that. We have all been able to keep the demons away, until now. We can eat more and some can even eat sugar (I can't, thank god). So if you had an eatting disorder before surgery, it is still there. You might want to look into cousiling or at least over eaters anon. I know it is hard to take such steps, but it is better than putting the weight back on. So give it a try and see if this works.
As for what I do, I made a commitment to myself to only eat healthy low calorie foods. If I want to pig out, I eat pop corn cooked in a microwave popper only. If I want chocolate, I get Amber sugar free chocolate, but I only have half a bar. If I have the munchies, like to stay awake when driving, I eat carrots I dip in Kraft free italian dressing.
If I go to the store, I buy an apple.
But I made a promise to myself and have stayed with it. It also helps I still dump. This is probubly because I have not had more than 5 grams of sugar per serving, ever. If you keep trying the sugar, you will stop dumping. I have heard if you cut the sugar out, after a month, some people do get the dumpin back. But it is a commitment you need to make.
Hope this helps some
good luck
