Breakfast: Slimfast low carb shake
Lunch: 1/2 C. broccoli salad.. love this stuff!!! & 3 hot wings
Snack: 1/2 C. chicken and black bean soup.
Dinner: 3 hot wings and 1/2 c. broccoli salad
Snack: Child size of FF/NSA frozen yogart
I'm slacking with protein!

Raw broccoli florets.. stalk trimmed
Can of crushed pineapple .. i used the NSA
bacon bits
RF Cole slaw dressing
Rasins.. ( i don't use but the recipe calls for them)
Dump it all in a bowl and mix! My mom never had a recipe for this like exact measurements. She just added a little dressing at time. Depending how much u like.
When I do it, I like the control the amounts so I mix it as I eat it. I'm addicted to measuring now!
I just had the last bit for lunch.. I'm gonna miss it! LOL
