RYP kinda - Day 1 down 1.8 pounds - huh???
I am doing a modified version of the RYP plan. Since I am breastfeeding, I thought it best not to go into starvation mode and only have a few hundred calories only from shakes. I guess I am really on a more back to basics approach. My focus will be high protein - all liquids in the AM and then in the afternoon solids and carbs, natural, good carbs, nothing processed or refined.
Monday's weight was 212.8, this morning was 211.0 (pre-nursing -- full breasts - I KNOW TMI!) Maybe I am dehydrated? At this point in the game, I cant imagine a true WL of almost 2 pounds in just one day. Let's see if the scale holds tomorrow - I am crossing my fingers!
