My PC was on the lam!
Hello Ladies. My PC was acting crazy!!! I think some spyware was trying to invade my parent's computer. So everything seems okay now. I hope everyone's weekend was good I see some people are on the RYP plan...great! I've been keeping steady on my "Back On Track" thing. I've been making myself eat smaller portions...it works!! After about 4 days, I've been getting waaaayyy fuller than normally. That's a good thing. I did my protein calculations, and I really only need 67g protein a day. I've been averaging 90-100 per day. I like the smaller number because I can eat less and get in more fruits and veggies. I've been keeping steady with my exercise as well. My gym got new equipment, and some of it I had never used before, so it's a nice challenge. Some of them are hard!! So anyhoo, I just wanted to post my menu. Join if you wish!
Healthy Choice Meatloaf w/string beans, 1/4c. mashed taters
6 RF cheese cubes (Try LiveActive..it's good!), Light n Fit yogurt, 100 cal pk. Wheat Thins
PowerBar Nut Naturals
Mandarin Oranges
Choc protein shake
1c. chick noodle soup...mostly broth, few noodles
For dinner I have some leftover chicken and pork roast w/veggies I'll have
Exercise: ran for 20 mins., stairclimber 20 mins
Vitamin: need to take them
Fluids: 56 oz. so far....

April, glad you got to post again. Here's what I have had to eat today:
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
b: 1 small biscuit w/ RF cheddar and sausage
S: AchievOne Cappucino & then some trail mix
L: navy beans and chicken spectacular
S: 1 bite cake and then protein drink
D: Beef stroganoff
vitamins: done
liquids: 104 oz. so far, more to go
protein: 100+ grams
exercise: rode bike this morning, sit ups, and arm wt. workout

Eating smaller portions do work. That's why I try to eat 6 small meals a day!
I have not been counting calories since the holiday eating but tomorrow I will.
Breakfast: Wheat bagel w FF cream cheese
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart
Lunch: 1/2 C. broccoli salad 2 deviled eggs (1 egg)
Snack: 2 saltine crackers with 2 tbsp. of pb
Dinner: 3 hot wings, 1 bbq beef rib and 1/4 c. broccoli salad
Snack:PRotein shake and few fresh strawberries
Water: good
Vitmains: on track
Exercise: work?

profect
egg salad and lots of cantalope
slice meatloaf with ketchup which was too sweet
whey shake with soy milk
salad - egg whites, peas, lettuce, onion, carrot, celery,cheese and a yummy basil dressing
I'll eat something soon as I am getting hungry.
I am drinking diet cranberry juice today. Never picked that before but it called to me in the store.
