Thursday's Menu..How'd ya do!
Hi Ladies. Hope all is well on your end. I worked overnight and slept all day. I'm just getting up and it's almost 7 pm! I was soooo tired driving home, and I have a 1/2 hr. drive home. It's almost like driving drunk (which I've never done!). But hopefully I'm rested up. Just wanted to post my menu for today. It could've been better, but here it is:
Lean Cuisine Chicken Parmesan, ate 3/4 of noodles
tuna salad, 4 saltines, salad w/FF mozzarella & croutons w/ RF dressing
4 Graham crackers, 1/2 sugar cookie...I forgot the grapes!
mini bagel w/RF cream cheese, med banana
few bites of cube steak, mashed taters...stole off my brother's breakfast plate!
some chip crumbs...that's desperate!
3 oz. of cubesteak, less than 1/4c. mac noodles, some honeydew chunks
I'll have a New Whey vial before bed
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 40 oz. so far
Exercise: on my way to the gym

Hey April, I could of did better but I didn't go too far over my calorie intake goal.
B~Breakfast sammy.. turkey, ham, bacon, egg & cheese.. minus the top bread
L~ 1 slice of wheat toast w/ Peanut butter on top
D~ Grilled buffalo chicken bites and pino's from Bojangles
S~ Protein shake
