Wednesday's Planned menu's
Ok April, I hope you don't mind me posting this early. I am gonna try and plan my eating day again. I am prettty sure that there is ice cream left at work but I staying away. When i plan what I'm eating, i do better. So if your trying to get on track, join me! Share what's on YOUR menu!!
Here's mine....
Breakfast: NSA oatmeal w/ 6 oz cc milk & few canteloupe chunks
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart
Lunch: Protein shake
Snack: HB egg
Dinner: Pork tenderlion, 1 roasted small red potato and 1/2 c. steamed cabbage .. my mom cooked yesterday and i got it packed to take to work with me.
Snack: Slim fast protein bar

Thanks for posting, girl! Today is better...so far! It's definitely a mind thing! Just needing to reprogram your mind a little bit, so you don't feel guilty afterwards or so you won't feel sucked in to the badness. But anyway, here's what I had:
Lean Cuisine Spinach and Roasted Chicken dish, sm. slice of cake
1/2 ham n cheese sammy, NSA applesauce cup
2 HB eggs, sm. banana
few BBQ pork rinds, sm. handfull trailmix
2 sl. very thin salami, 3 cheese cubes
1/2 tunafish sammy, some mandarin oranges
I'm done for the night! And I'm under 1000 cals! I'm just gonna drink up, drink up the rest of the night. But I bought some grapes in case I get hungry.

Here's what I had today:
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
B: egg/bacon/potato baked mixture
S: protein coffee
L: steak and navy beans, 100 calorie pk. goldfish
S: trail mix
S: protein shake
D: baked BBQ chicken breast, cabbage, bite of mac n cheese
liquids: 108 oz.
vitamins: done
exercise: 13 minutes on bike and arm wt. workout, up and down stairs at school; a few times
protein: 90 grams
