This is hard!
This Back on Track is hard wen you've been off track for so long! Temptation is calling my name LOUD! They ordered pizza tonight at work....I refrained. They had chips/dip...I refrained. I kept telling myself that I CAN have pizza whenever I want, so today ain't the end all be all! I did however eat a small slice of cake for a going away party. Very small slice...no guilt. Other than that, sticking to the plan! I'd just like to change up yesterday's menu a little too:
Before lunch I had a serving of BBQ pork rinds
For lunch: chicken thigh and about 7 steamed shrimp
The rest is the same!

Yes April, it is HARD as H-E Double hockey sticks!!! I was eating according to plan, drinking my water and making sure I don't go over that calorie amount I posted earlier. I get off the elevator and one of the nurses say to me "hey, they bought ice cream and every topping under the sun for us". My responce was, "great, there goes my day"! I walk in the break room and there is caramel, butterscotch, peanut butter, chocolate chips, wet walnuts, sprinkles and more! In the freezer is a HUGE bucket of vanilla ice cream. I get there at 3:00 and stayed really busy til about 8:00. As soon as I had nothing to do, I thought about the ice cream. This is beyond trying to get back on track. This is a real food issue!
So did i give in.... YEP, I sure did. I had a very small scoop (about 1/4 c. **** cream with sugar free strawberry syrup and 2 cherries on top!
I felt so guilty the rest of the night! I didn't eat dinner or any of my snacks after lunch. I just drink water and tea.
Tomorrow is another day.. hopefully a good day!
