Welcome Monday!!!
Hey folks. Monday's here already (once again), and my vacation's over! I had a great time, it was just really short. But nothing too exciting today for me. Got up really early this morning, took my nephew to school, went to the gym and I've just been sitting around since then. I'm actually quite tired! Post your menus folks! I've started up a food journal again. My eating was too wishy washy from day to day, and I need to start back up with my good eating habits. I went on vacation and so did my eating habits! All kinds of junk. I've been really sluggish lately too and just need some kind of change! Anyway...here's my menu:
B- 1/4c. oatmeal, 2 slices bacon
S- 8 oz. milk w/SF choc syrup, 1/2 scoop protein; 1/4c. mac & tuna salad
L- 7 extra jumbo steamed shrimp, salad w/RF mozzarella, RF French, some croutons
D- I think I'm gonna take a Lean Cuisine with me to my friends house...planning at it's best!
S- I'll have something protein infused...maybe I'll just have a New Whey vial
Exercise: 1 hr. w/trainer; going for a walk/run later
Vitamins: ...i'll take em soon
Fluids: 32 oz. so far...

I work overnight so my schedule is completely off but ohhhhh weelllll!
Breakfast: Insides of two bean and meat burritos, added cheese
Lunch(after school): Probably have peanut butter sandwhich or something?
DInner- at work: Gotta be strong and get something grilled, not fried like God's Spicy Bites lol.
Breakfast: Will have a breakfast jack minus the bottom bun

and lack of sleeep- so the eating for Tuesday is gonna not be great lol
Glad you got in another vacation April! My eating has been crappy, too! Getting back on track...need to post my menu everyday so I won't be too tempted to eat junk!
I'm doing all liquids today:
24 oz. water
16 oz. decaf coffee
12 oz. protein drink
Achiev One Cappucino protein drink
20 oz. water
20 oz. decaf coffee
16 oz. chicken broth
8 oz. LF buttermilk
12 oz. protein drink
Tomato soup ( sounds like a liquid to me! I could eat a dead dog at the moment...can't wait to eat something w/ bulk)
probably some more water/coffee or something...just not real food!
I can only do one day of liquids at a time...I know it's my mind, but one day's enough!

Hey April, Add me to the list of eating wayy off track this weekend! I did much better today. My weight is stable when I stick to my 10000 calorie rule!

Breakfast: 2 strips of turkey bacon & HB egg
Snack: 2 big strawberries
Lunch: 1/2 a ham and cheese sammy and carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Other 1/2 of ham and cheese sammy & raw carrots and broccoli dipped in lite ranch.
Snack: protein shake
Bad on fluids and vitamins. If working doesn't count as working non stop at work then I'm doing bad at that too! lol
