Accountability Thursday
Hello slow board HOw is everyone doing?? I'm good.
I'm posting the menu thread early because I forgot to check to see if april did it yesterday evening and when I did it was too late. I like to be accountable for what I eat and this post has kept me straight with food since surgery. Since attempting to keep my calories at 1000, I've been planning my food days. That also helps me. So if anyone is having a grazing problem, join in and plan ahead with me.
Ok, It's still early so if something changes, I'll come back to add it but I hope it doesn't.
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Slim fast protein bar & Dannon carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: Blue bunny NSA yogart
Dinner: South beach frozen dinner.. chicken capresse & broccoli & 3 strawberries
Snack: NSA maple and brown sugar oatmeal & 6 oz cc milk.
*998 calories... not including about the 5 peices of gum I chew everyday.

I have been terrible with counting calories and protein but here is my menu for today...
Breakfast - an egg and cheese Croissan'wich from Burger King.
Snack - Unsalted peanuts.
Lunch - 3 oz. chicken and a small bag of pretzels.
Snack - New Whey vial.
Dinner - Whatever my MIL makes tonight...
Snack - I will TRY not to snack. I am STARVING at night lately. Before I went to bed last night I had one and a half Nutter Butters and a large handful of Cheese Doodles!
Otherwise, I am doing good. A little sleepy but that is nothing new. Getting a lot stressed but, again, nothing new! Looking forward to my vacation!

This board has been very slow! I've been busy getting things ready for my weekend vacation. My flight leaves tomorrow morning so I'll be hitting the hay soon. I hardly ever sleep before a flight but I'm tired! Here's my menu..I ate all day!
Lean Cuisine Basil Pesto Chicken, 1/2 pasta
ham n cheese on 1 slice WW bread...ate a 1/4 of the sammy
watermelon chunks, 1/2 Boost shake
1 glazed donut..melted in my mouth
few cheerios
few bites of Lean Cuisine Brick Oven Mushroom pizza...nasty! So ate sm. order of BK onion rings instead! Tsk tsk on me!
grilled chicken w/swiss cheese on sourdough bread, ate 3/4 of sammy
Lots of carbs today! I only slept 2.5 hrs. and when I barely sleep, I always eat!
