Whatcha eatin on Tuesday!
Hi all. Just wanted to pop in real fast and post my menu. I work tonight (and tomorrow night unfortunately), so I'm gonna be a bit busy. I have a few things to do before I leave for vacation Friday. But anyway here's my menu:
B- 3/4c. grits, 3 slices bacon, bite of small biscuit
S- protein shake
L- 2 ham & cheese rollups, 1/2c. tomato soup, 4 Mutligrain crackers
S-handful of nuts
D- 1 porkchop, 1/4c. black beans and rice, 1/2c. steamed broccoli
Exercise: didn't go to the gym but did alot of running around the house
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 42 oz. so far...

Have fun at work tonight, girl. It's super slow at the hospital today. I hate when it's like this.
Here's my menu..
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled w/ cheese & 3 strips of turkey bacon
Snack: Blue bunny NSA yogart.. apple pie flavor.. OMG so good!
Dinner: South beach diet southwestern wrap kit
Snack: Special K cereal, 6 oz of cc milk and 1/2 a banana
I'm doing good with staying around 1000 calories! Today: 1024
Vitamins and fluids.. good
Exercise.. not so good! Oh, i walked to the mailbox!
