Hey ladies I'm at work and it's slow right now so I'll jump in and post! So everyone come in and share your menu's.. the good, bad and ugly.. I hope everyone is having a great day!!! Breakfast: 1/2 C. grits and 3 strips of turkey bacon Lunch: 2 ham and cheese roll up's and yogart Snack: 2 oreo cookies Dinner: South beach steak teryki wrap & carb/sugar control yogart Snack: protein shake Vitamins: on track Water: bad but working on it.. Hi Kay. I've been snoozing all day! I woke up at 6 p.m. because my brother and nephew woke me up. I was tired! Nothing special going on my end. I'm gonna go to the gym in a bit. I've had enough sleep...I should be like superwoman!! Here's what I had: 3 oz. chicken w/ 1/2c. italian veggies Whole Grain Hot Pocket (20g prot, 20 carbs, 7g fat), Light n Fit yogurt Atkins shake top half of corn muffin ham n cheese rollup. few pretzels 1c. cheerios w/ 1% mil Exercise: going to gym soon Vitamins: none yet Fluids: not enough just yet April

I've had numerous bowls of tuna casserole and one brownie lol... gotta love left over Mondays!

I used to have a love affair with tuna casserole. Now...not so much. Those damn taste bud changes after surgery! April

I'd just to add to my menu: 3 oz. chicken, some salad w/RF mozzarella and RF drsg I'm pooped! I ran for 20 mins. straight which is new for me, and managed to do the elliptical. I'm gonna shower and hit the hay. April

Hiya! It was a kinda grazing day..... few bites of leftover lentils with cheese and avocado whey shake with espresso and soy milk left over taco salad w/chicken that I did not eat last night as I wanted to enjoy the margarita and the food came too fast....added black beans and a pinch of cheese 3pm - the rest of the salad profect tube cheese and caneloupe at whole foods bad choices at the hot bar....tofu, mac*cheese, quiche - ate part of it, tossed the rest; looked yummy at the time, notice the high carb quotient... 2 g red wine 2 ezecial tortilla with slice LF cheddar, 3 slices bacon, slice tomato, bit of LF miracle whip. yum!!! I warm the tortilla over the gas flame and then add on....it works for me I feel like I am catching up from last week when I did not have enuf protein. Be well, Tiff
