It's Sunday...What ya eat!

Hi all. I still can't believe it's Sunday already. Time is flying! I have to work tonight so just wanted to post since it's the starting of a new week. I'm gonna try to do what Kay has been doing and stick to 1000 cals a day. We'll see! Here's my menu: Lean Cuisine Chicken Parmesan 7 Rf cheese cubes, 8 pretzels, Light n Fit yogurt very small piece of donut 2 HB eggs, protein shake about 2 hrs. later watermelon chunks 3 oz. chicken i cooked on stove, some italian veggies w/ fettucine mixed in (some new Steamers thing) I packed cantaloupe for later I took off a whole week from working out....back to it tomorrow! April

Hey April.. The weekend went wayyy too fast! Good luck on the calorie counting. It has worked for me. On the weekend, I don't count calories at all. I just eat whatever. Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg and 1/2 a wheat bagel w/ ff cream cheese Snack: 4 saltine crackers w/ 1 tbsp. of peanut butter Lunch:Tuna salad on lettuce Snack: mini pk. of peanut m&m's Dinner: Baked chicken leg and pinto beans Snack: Protein shake G'night.
