It's Sunday...What ya eat!
Hi all. I still can't believe it's Sunday already. Time is flying! I have to work tonight so just wanted to post since it's the starting of a new week. I'm gonna try to do what Kay has been doing and stick to 1000 cals a day. We'll see! Here's my menu:
Lean Cuisine Chicken Parmesan
7 Rf cheese cubes, 8 pretzels, Light n Fit yogurt
very small piece of donut
2 HB eggs, protein shake about 2 hrs. later
watermelon chunks
3 oz. chicken i cooked on stove, some italian veggies w/ fettucine mixed in (some new Steamers thing)
I packed cantaloupe for later
I took off a whole week from working out....back to it tomorrow!

Hey April.. The weekend went wayyy too fast!
Good luck on the calorie counting. It has worked for me. On the weekend, I don't count calories at all. I just eat whatever.
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg and 1/2 a wheat bagel w/ ff cream cheese
Snack: 4 saltine crackers w/ 1 tbsp. of peanut butter
Lunch:Tuna salad on lettuce
Snack: mini pk. of peanut m&m's
Dinner: Baked chicken leg and pinto beans
Snack: Protein shake
