Whatcha eatin Thursday!
Hi all. Just decided to post early since I've been lazy all day. It's 2:30 and I'm still in my jammies! Nothing special going on in my neck of the woods. Here's my menu:
B- 1 scram egg w/cheese, 3 slices bacon, about 5 watermelon chunks
L- ham n cheese on 1 slice bread, some apples n grapes w/yogurt on top
S- I'll have a protein something or other
D- not sure yet...don't know what mom'm making but my teeth hurt so i might not have much goin on

Just like to add to my menu:
42g New Whey bullet, 5 crackers, some more watermelon!
few chips (wanted to try the new Lay's RF ones), few pretzels
for dinner I had the kids size meatloaf, 1/4c. mashed taters, 1/4c. corn, few bites of cornbread from Boston Market
I'm looking to snack on something else while watching tv..maybe popcorn?

Still at work so straight to the point, food...
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: South beach bar
Lunch: 1 c. sausage and tomoato rice... ate too much, i was stuffed!
Snack: 3 orange pb crackers
Dinner: 3 oz tomato/basil tuna & 4 crackers
Snack: Not too hungry so I'll probably just have watermelon if I want something.
