Wednesday's Menu
Hiya ladies I'm at work and it's slow so I thought I'd post so come on share your menu's and be accountable for what your eating today!!! I haven't had the best day but I'm here to share my good, bad and ugly
Breakfast: Luna bar
Lunch: Burger king wopper jr.
Snack: 1/2 a donut
Lunch: 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of ham and 5 wheat crackers
Snack: 1 mini crunch bar
Dinner: Tomato and basil tuna kit and yogart
Snack: protein shake
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: nope
Water: 42 oz so far...

Hi Kay. Just sitting at my best friends house and wanted to post real fast. Nothing fancy going on here...slept and ate! Here's my menu:
Lean Cuisine salisbury steak, carrots, mashed taters
1/2c. cottage cheese, 1/4c. mandarin oranges
1/2 sausage mcgriddle, 1/2 hashbrown
alot of watermelon chunks throughout the day!
some special K cereal w/milk
went to the chinese buffet and had a lil bit of this and that
I'm gonna go out and get some sweets!
