It's late and menus are not posted so I'll do it. Straight to the point, food..
B: Protein shake
L: 2 ham and cheese roll up's & yogart
S: chocolate chip cookie
D: Salad.. chicken, cheese, red onions, sunflower seeds and raw broccoli
S: Protein shake and probably snack on some grapes when I get home.
Vitmains and water.. good
exercise: nope

Hi Kay. I'm sitting at work and had some free time so decided to post. Here's what I had:
WW meatball sub Hotpocket, Light n Fit
watermelon chunks
Light n Fit, Light Babybel cheese
was hungry after work so had a grilled chicken drum!
few goldfish
salad, grilled chicken thigh
my own fruit and pecan salad w/Light n Fit yogurt..yum!

I am up and need some accountability ... I eat throughout the day so I will just post all the food in the order I ate/drank it.
1/2 banana - coffee - milk
2 pieces whole grain toast w/ butter
1 slice roast beef - 1/4 c mashed potatoes - 1 tbsp peas
pint of strawberries - shared with the kids but I ate most of them
2 pieces whole grain toast w/ butter
bottle of water
3 s/f popsicles - 2 handful of doritos
cup of milk with chocolate malt powder
diet coke
1/2 spinach chef salad - soft serve frozen yogurt
lite cran-raspberry juice (this stuff rocks - 30 cals per 8 oz)
need to go have a drink ... vits good ... no exercise
