Vitamins
There has been some discussion on my surgeon's board about what what vitamins people are taking and it's seems to be all different. I put an email into the surgeon's office, but am waiting to hear back from them, so in the mean time, I thought I'd put the question out there to all of you.
What vitamins do you take daily?
I take the following:
- One A Day x 1 per day
- Calcium 600 mg x 1 per day
- Magesium x 1 per day
Thanks in advance for your responses!
Susan
Twinlab multi plus iron, 2x a day (not always good to remember)
Caltrate plus D, 2-3 times a day
Adora, calcium, 600 mg with D - a little chocolate disk (I prefer the dark)...add some PB and make it the snack of the day.
B12 sublingual from twinlabs
I also focus on rich foods...lentils, soy milk, etc...
Thinking of adding back in E and C which I took a lot pre-op.
