Monday's Munchies..Whatcha havin!

Hi all. Hope everyone's weekend went well. Back to another week..Friday will be here before we all know it. One of Kay's posts inspired me to try new recipes more often. Just throwing stuff together! It sounded soooo good. So either post your menu or a new concoction you made up recently that was mmmm hmmm good! Here's my menu: B- 1 mini bagel w/LF cream cheese, Light n Fit yogurt S- few watermelon chunks, protein hot choc L- 1 chicken drum, 1/2 pc. italian sausage w/1/2 hot dog roll, 1/4c. cooked tomatoes & okra..my mommy's recipe! S- Gonna have a shake before I head off to work D- packed 3 oz. roast beef drizzled w/steak sauce, 1/2c. tomatoes & okra Exercise: took a break today Vitamins: need B12 and calcium Fluids: only 24 oz. so far..I'll pick it up a notch. It's only 12:30 pm! April

Hey April It got kinda quiet at work so I'm taking a second to check the board Here's my menu.. Breakfast: Attempted to eat turkey sausage and grits but I got full after a couple bites for some reason. Lunch: 2 taco's Snack: South beach protein cereal bar Dinner: South beach southwestern chicken salad kit .. only ate 1/2 the pita chips and didn't eat the jello. Snack: Protein shake Water: have not counted but I've been drinking lots of water Vitamins: on track Exercise: umm, nope Kay

I am not sure i can remember all I ate today. Munch, munch, munch. Here goes..... Whey shake with decaf espresso, SF cinnamon, soy milk 'salad' with chicken, avocado, chicken liver, ranch dressing, celery, edamae salad 3/4 ostrich burger with slice LF cheddar and tomato leftovers....the chicken liver, the edamae, cheese....a few strips of pre cooked bacon. Oh a bit of indian spinich/cottage cheese dish I bought the other day, was having cravings for Indian food which I LOVE. another whey shake with soy milk glasses of wine dinner in the city....lemon chicken, ate almost ALL of it. YUM! Few bites of mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon sprinked on top. A bit of bread crust with butter got to the train, was hungry.....half taco bell chicken quesadilla the 3 cartons of profect were on my porch when I got home. Maybe this will help me stop eating so much? Have not got on the scale...maybe in the morning??? I was like a hoover vaccum. And I seem to have forgotten how to spell food items, too.
