TGIF! Whatcha eatin?
Hi all...TGIF! It really doesn't matter to me because I have to work all weekend! But it's okay. I'm just tired being as though I only slept for 4 hrs. But here's my menu:
B- 3/4c. cottage cheese, some honeydew and cantaloupe chunks
S- protein iced coffee
L- ham n cheese on 1 slice WW bread, Light n Fit yogurt, 1 serv. FF BBQ chips
D- I'll have parmesan chicken from yesterday w/o the WW pasta..maybe just a salad.
S- I'll throw in something while at work...maybe yogurt?
Exercise: took a break today
Vitamins: I'll take em before i head off to work
Fluids: 38 oz. so far...

Hiya April I'm wayy late but I'm here to share. I'm just getting in from hanging with the girls. We had so much fun tonight!
Just call me Kay the cow because I grazed all day!
Breakfast: 2 baked chicken wings w/ hot sauce
Snack: 1 slice of wheat toast w/ 1 tbsp. of pb on it
Lunch: Mango protein smoothie from smoothie king
Snack: 1 oatmeal rasin cookie
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Mini sub from subway.. ham and cheese
Snack: Pure protein bar
Snack: handful of goldfish
AND a couple beers then 1 "strong drink"
