Whatcha eatin Thursday?
Hi all. Nothing much going on my end. Kinda been busy with tasks. Finishing up dinner...making chicken parmesan. Yum! Going out with the ladies tonight before I have to go to work for the weekend. I worked out haaaarrrrd today at the gym! I'm gonna sleep good tonight. Here's my menu:
B- 2 scram eggs w/RF cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1/2 english muffin w/lite butter
S- 1/4c. trail mix
L- Lean Cuisine turkey w/some cantaloupe and honeydew
S- 5 crackers w/PB, handful trailmix, grapes
D- making chix parmesan and I might add the rest of my WW spaghetti
Exercise: ran for 20 mins, 20 mins. on bike, 1 hr. w/ personal trainer
Vitamins: need my calcium & B12
Fluids: 70 oz. so far...

I'm still working and have been busy all day. It just died down. I'm so happy tomorrow is Friday
Here's my menu:
B: 1 strip of turkey bacon, Carb/sugar control yogart and 3 strawberries
S: 4 saltine crackers
L: Mini Roast beef sub from subway.. I've heard of these and decided to try it today. It's the perfect size.
S: 1 sweet peach and handful of grapes
D: South Beach Chicken ceaser wrap kit
S: Protein shake when I get home.
Vitmains: done
Water: bad
Exercise: ??

I was a food vaccum today....
egg with cheese and a slice of bacon
whey shake with soy milk
salad...chicken, carrot, onion, celery, avocado, ranch dressing; 3 chunks canteloupe
cottage cheese with olive tapenade on a whole grain cracker
1/4 large oatmeal raisin cookie that was too sweet
on a dud date at PF Changs: chicken in black bean sauce, ate almost all of it!!
with a girlfriend at Rosebud (a great local italian restaurant), a large stuffed mushroom cap, ricotta eggplant rollup with sauce, crust from 2 pcs bread in olive oil and parm cheese. And 2 g red wine. (and a hot man flirted with me but suspect he is married, darn!!)
I am eyeing the fridge.......
I did not have my morning profect as I am out. maybe that is why I am so hungry. their site has been dysfunctional for days so I finally called today. I travel on Weds and am not sure I'll have any for my trip. There is a starbucks next to the hotel so I can put the whey powder in my soy latte. A bit worried. Its only 3 days. The upside is that I can potentially carry on my bags.
