Hi..Whatcha eatin on Tuesday?
Hellllooo. Hope everyone is doing great today and trying to stay cool. It's in the 90's here and the heat index is in the 100's. So where am I? In the house! I made sure I went to the gym early in the day before it got sweltering hot. I have to work this evening so just wanted to go ahead and post. Here's my menu:
B- mini bagel w/RF cream cheese, Light n Fit yogurt
S- nectarine, handful of trail mix, 42g New Whey vial
L- turkey tortilla burger...made myself! and a sm. salad w/RF catalina
D- my mom's making tunafish so I'll have that and a salad
S- I'll pack a banana for later after dinner
Exercise: ran for 17 mins..getting better! 30 mins on elliptical...my butt hurts
Vitamins: none yet
Fluids: 16 oz. so far...I'll pick it up before I get to work

I offically started the shift I was hired for.. 3 to 11:30. It's so quiet in the evenings. I love it!
Anyway, here's what I've had today...
B: 3 strips of turkey bacon, carb/sugar control yogart & 1 strawberry
L: Protein shake
S: Pork rinds
D: South beach frozen dinner.. Chicken caprese & broccoli
S:Protein shake
Vitamins: on track
Water: 60 oz so far..
Exercise: work?
