I'm doing a 11 to 7:30 shift for a few days so I'm home right now with a few mintues to spare before I leave. There has not been a roll call or Monday morning weigh in lately so I thought I'd do one.

Goal clothing size: 10.. I have always wanted to be in a 12 but now I want to be a 10.

Goal clothing size -- never really had one before. Just normal sizes.
Questions of the day:
1. What are you wearing today? A pair of pre-surgery pants that are FALLING off me. I am having trouble keeping not just my pants on, but my underwear have a tendency to slide off my hips without my knowledge because I still have no feeling on my hips. LOL. Oh, and a dress shirt.
2. I have a funeral to attend on Saturday morning and then school shopping for the girls.
3. Do you still count calories, carbs and protein grams? Sometimes. I do still track my protein daily, however, I've slipped up on the carbs. I never really counted calories regularly.
4. Do you think you eat pretty "normal" since we are further out? Yes, I do. I feel like I eat like a normal person, although not as much. I know that in order not to slip back into bad habits I will have to be vigilant for the rest of my life, but I try to stay on top of it.
5. Do you have more clothes now that you are smaller? No. I have really put off buying any clothing since I knew that I would be having plastics. Even now after my LBL, I haven't really bought anything besides underwear because I know the sizes will drop again when the swelling starts to subside some.

* I don't count them per say, but I am concious of what I'm eating... I know I can't have over a certain amount of carbs without the protein or else I'm sleeeeeeping

* Yeah... people still ask me why I'm eating that, or wow, you're not eating this? Basically, we're back to normal, lol.

* I have so many clothes I don't have enough room for it all AND I went shopping at Target yesterdsay and came home with a pair of black pants, black capris, a skirt and tan capris! LMAO!

Well today is the first day I have weighed since my surgery and I am happy to say I only lost 2 pounds, I have been eating not great lately.
Start 240
Now 122
lost 118 up and down with about 4 pds over the last 6 mths
I wear a 2 in pants and a small to large in tops it depends on the cut I still like things baggy.
1. What are you wearing today? WHITE PANTS AND A BLUE AND WHITE STRIPPED SWEATER THAT COVERS MY ARMS
2. What do you have planned for the weekend? WASN'T IT JUST THE WEEKEND? NEXT WEEKEND WE ARE GOING OVER TO SAN DIEGO FOR MY DAIGHTERS BIRTHDAY
3. Do you still count calories, carbs and protein grams? I COUNT PROTIEN AND WATCH MY SUGAR AND FAT
4. Do you think you eat pretty "normal" since we are further out? YES BUT I NEVER EAT SUGAR IT MAKES ME VERY ILL
5. Do you have more clothes now that you are smaller? I HAVE LESS CLOTHES BUT I HAVE MORE CLOTHES THAT I WEAR, BEFORE I HAD LOTS OF CLOTHES THAT WERE IN VARIOUS SIZES

Current clothing size: 12 with flirtations to a 10, size L. after they take the skin off my belly I hope to be an 8.
1. What are you wearing today? Now that i work at home I often dont get dressed until later - today is one of those days. Baggy tank top, capri sweats.
2. What do you have planned for the weekend? mani and pedi. There's been activity on match.com so maybe a date????
3. Do you still count calories, carbs and protein grams? Protein is the only thing I ever track and I am very committed to monitoring that. Look at sugar grams and only choose items under 12g per serving.
4. Do you think you eat pretty "normal" since we are further out? yes, I am even dabbling with a bit of soft bread on rare occassions. Sometimes I can eat very little; the other day I ate an entire turkey wrap which was shocking to myself and my dinner companion. I wish I could eat more veggies.
5. Do you have more clothes now that you are smaller? no, i have bought a lot. Some stuff is still a bit small as I anticipated a faster weight loss. (I have since committed to not buying anything that does not fit at that immediate moment). Now I buy outfits rather than separates as I used to. Overall, I dress much better and wear all of what is in my closet.

Current clothing size: Pants are a 10 (I have two jeans in a size 8 that fit me snuggly ). My tops are typically Mediums. I still cannot believe that!

- My favorite top...it is white (!!) cotton with an empire waist (my favorite style) with a sort of paisley floral design...sounds hideous but it is really pretty. Size Medium from Dress Barn. I am also wearing my New York and Company black pants in 10 Long. And my black stilettos that are falling off my feet because they are a size 8 and my feet have shrunk to a 7/7.5!
2. What do you have planned for the weekend?
- No idea. If it is hot, we will do our typical chores and swim in the pool. We may take the in-laws into the city if it is not too hot.
3. Do you still count calories, carbs and protein grams?
- Not always. This week I am doing a modified B2B but I am not counting because I have no idea what the count is of my mother-in-law's dishes!

- I eat too normal. This is a scary and dangerous thing!

- Oh yes I do! But never enough! ;)
