I-35 Bridge Collapse.....(kinda long)

As most of you know the I-35 bridge collapsed here in Minnesota, which is like 45 minutes from my house. Please keep these families in your prayers. I know its been a few days since this happened but everytime I would try to post I would break down in tears. My heart aches for the families that lost someone or their loved ones are still missing and havent been found yet. To prove that there are some very sad people I was listening to the radio on my lunch hour and there was a girl in her early 20s (it sounded like) complaning that they needed to get the area cleaned up so they could still have their rowing competition. The guy from the radio station handled himself very well and asked her if she had any prorities and it sounded like she needed to get some. Then with that said he told her the phone coversation was over and hung up on her! I thought he handled her very well cause i know I was saying alot worse about her as I listened. Then after that another caller was totally appalled at this previous caller, to come to find out that the second caller's mom had been missing and she was pleading to them to find her, well that night I caught the news and they had reported that this girls mom was found unfortunately she was among that perished. Please keep these families in your thoughts and prayers and most importantly make time for your loved ones cause you never know what may happen!!! Suzette

Oh Suzette, I totally forgot that you lived in Minneapolis. I have a dear friend up there too and was franti****il I hear from him. What an awful thing to happen. I am glad you are alright. Sending hugs, Ronna

Thanks Ronna for the concern! Thankfully I am 45 minutes away and dont even leave town to go to work up there. Its a relief to know my family and friends are all safe and sound!!! Suzette
