Hey Tiffany. Thank you so much for joining in on the menu! It has widdled down to me and Kay most days. Today, my eating was wayyyyy better. I felt like a cow yesterday. Where's the icon for cow!:moo: I went on a mini trip to VA today, but it's late so now I'm tired. Here's my menu:
1 egg scram w/egg & cheese
taco salad..ate about 1/4 of it. It was a big salad!
1/2 apple pie
8 Large shrimp, 1/2 sm. side salad, 1/2 baked potato
some White cheddar popcorn
G'nite,
April
Thank you all for keeping online-
I have been so bad with work, my daughter's wedding etc.
but- I promise to be more active.
my menus are expanding: I think I can eat about a cup or a little more.
at last can eat 1/2 hamburger- and a little of the bun--just no room yet.
I tried some Mongolian Chicken and it just didn't work too well
My favorite is lettuce wraps!! no bread and lots of chicken!!
also my luke-warm tolerance of chicken has morphed into I LOVE chicken- always safe and satisfying.
I can drink wine- 2 glasses and I'm pretty tipsy.
lots of fluids -
no sugar treats and my downfall= popcorn or pretzals.
I'm not very proud of my calcium intake, not a milk lover, but do cheese, yogurt, whenever I can .
Exercise- walking alot- I love to walk!!! that was my top goal for this surgery. and it feels so good.
Tuesday is my 18 month checkup-
155#'s and into a size 18 from a 52. so that's good.
I have plateaued the last 6 months. but have not gained anything. - building some muscle.
I really am considering the plastic- tummy for sure. I think I'd be a size smaller if I could get rid of this apron
Time to get busy and prepare for another workweek-
Everyone- have a terrific week- smile and enjoy our new life.
