Wednesday Healthy Eating......

OK, I'll start tonite.....I need to be accountable.
profect.. best done before brushing the teeth.
Soy shake with espresso, SF cinnamon dolce
salad - chicken, peas, red onion, cheese, shredded carrot, peas, black beans, avocado; ate half. 2 strawberries.
piece SF banana walnut cake from starbucks..its really yummy
1/2 piece meat lasagne, piece of cheese (have not had pasta in so long, wanted to try it and eat something cooked..if that makes sense???)
may munch on some popcorn....

Healthy was not in my vocabulary today. I kept wondering why I had these cravings all day...I'm on my period! Duh! But I had a craving for this, this, and that and HAD this, this, and that. Here's what I had:
3/4 of western chicken cheeseburger w/bun, 1/2 order steak fries
some protein coffee..best thing I had today!
sausage biscuit and some cinnamon melts from Mickey D's..felt yuck afterwards
1/2 ham & cheese sammy, Light N Fit yogurt, some chips
can of NSA pears (small), some grapes
went to chinese buffet and had a lil bit of this and that, but didn't carb it too much
to top it off, I had a craving for a banana nut muffin and strawberry shortcake ice cream....and I went to get it! So I ate the top off the muffin and a few spoonfuls of the ice cream
GOING TO THE GYM IN THE MORNING!! I'll probably stay there all day and ea****er. Yes...ea****er!

It's the next day because I didn't get a chance to get on yesterday but I like to be accountable.
Breakfast: Carb/sugar control yogart & 2 strips of turkey bacon
Lunch: South Beach chicken ceasar wrap kit.. didn't eat the jello
Snack: Small pack of spicy peanuts
Dinner: 1/2 C. pinto beans & Italian turkey sausage link
Snack: South beach bar I got in the mail
Vitamins: bad
Water: even worse
Exercise: what's that?
