Whatcha eatin Monday?
Hi all! Just wanted to post real fast before I headed off to work! I'm in a rush!
Spinach salad w/egg, bacon, and RF feta cheese
3/4 c. cottage cheese, mandarin orange cup
Light n Fit yogurt, Lite Babybel cheese
3/4 banana, handful of goldfish
tuanfish on 1 slice Rye w/RF cheese
I'll have a shake later at work
Vitamins: need em!
Fluids: lost count somewhere but not alot

Hey April I hope you have a good night at work tonight. The hospital was crazy today!
Breakfast: 1 HB egg & 1 sausage pattie
Snack: Carb/Sugar Control yogart
Lunch: South Beach Diet Bar
Dinner: 1/2 C. Shrimp fried rice & 4 hot wings
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
Water: not enough
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: cut grass and walked for 5 mintues but it started pouring

Profect vial - making this a habit to drink one as I wake up every day
1 egg with cheese
whey protein powder with soy milk, shot of decaf espresso, SF cinnamon dolce syrup
left over chicken thighs (1 1/2) with garlic, ginger and shredded carrot
1/3 lb ground lamb with onion and tzakiki sauce
glass red wine
will do another vial before bed
exercise - thought of excuse not to go to gym , will stretch out tonite. yardwork.

curry chicken salad w/almonds and raisins
nibbles thru whole foods....pate, cheese, cantelope, spinich artichoke dip, SF peanut butter cookie, half egg white from the salad bar.
decaf soy latte with SF Cinnamon dolce with scoop of protein powder
rest of ground lamb in yougurt sauce with cucumbers and tomato; 6 bites of black bean, cheese and chicken salad
will eat something later.....the two protein suppliments gave me 60g protein!
gym - stretched out
vitamins and water - yep
Insurance situation has worked out, my hernia repair and tummy tuck is scheduled for 17 September!!!!
