Hi everyone. Hope the weekend has been good to everyone. It's been so hot and humid here! My hair has been everywhere except for where it's supposed to be. Just wanted to post real fast before I went off to work. Somebody, anybody, everybody JUMP IN! B- 1 HB egg, light n Fit yogurt S- few cashews, 42g New Whey bullet L- cucumbers and tomatoes w/ italian drsg, few potato chips D- tunafish on a club roll, some mango slices, serving of potato chips S- I packed some NSA pudding for later at work Exercise: none..took a break today Vitamins: done Fluids: 36 oz. so far... April

Hi April, My goal is to post regularly as I am not getting enough protein and need to better monitor what I am eating...so here's today's detail. Profect vial half egg, slice bacon, 3 bites of leftover BK cheeseburger (meat and pickle, only) 4 bites chicken salad, 5 bites from bean dip with cheese, a scoop of guac; 1/3 oatmeal raisin cookie from Starbucks 1 1/2 chicken thighs with fresh basil and low sugar terraki sauce Need to get in a protein shake before bed. I should be doing 80-90g a day and this is barely in the 50's; I have a headache. Vitamins and water - done Exercise - gardening ~Tiffany

Hello April I have had a BAD eating day! I went to a chinese buffet for the first time today. Breakfast: 1 slice leftover thin crust pizza.. pepperoni and Green peppers Lunch: Chinese.. I ate mostly broiled shrimp, Chicken & broccoli, baked hot wings then a couple bites of shrimp fried rice and shrimp lo mein. Snack: 1/2 c. NSA vanilla ice cream Dinner: 3 hot wings & few watermelon chunks Snack: thin slice of birthday cake Oh well, tomorrow is another day. Back to routine! Kay
