Whatcha Eat on Friday?

Since Kay and April haven't posted yet and I had a few minutes on the boards this afternoon, what's on the menu for Friday? Mine is this: Protein coffee Chopped brisket w/ pinto beans and 1/2 piece cornbread 2 small cookies 1 c NSA ice cream Achiev One Cappucino Chicken Fried Steak (probably won't eat much...it's what Ben wants and I haven't eaten a piece since surgery...we'll see how it goes) Not sure what I'm having w/ it. vitamins: done, including iron shot liquids: 92 oz., more to go exercise: dusting, cleaning bathrooms and floors, and doing laundry protein: 80+ grams Karla

Hiya Karla April is MIA! I'm sure she's just working or resting! Thanks for posting! Here's my menu... B: 4 strips of turkey bacon S: Protein smoothie from Smoothie King L: Smart One's Quesadillia & Small Garden salad w/ lots of raw veggies S: 1 stick of a Oh yeah protein bar D: 1 C. Chili sprinkled w/ RF Cheese & small peice of corn bread S: Protein hot chocolate Exercise: 2 mile walk Vitamins: on track Water: 46 oz so far.. Kay

Hey Miss Lady! Thanks for posting. I went back to work, and just been so tired. I need to marry rich! But today was my laid back day, so I really wasn't worried about what I ate. Here's what I had: Chef salad w/ RF french about 6 saltines can of NSA pears, 3 donut holes some Special K cereal protein shake 1/2 english muffin 1 slice pizza, 4 buffalo bites Exercise: 45 mins BodyCombat Vitamins: none...probably why I'm tired Fluids: Don't even know, just been sippin April
