It's late and I don't see this posted so I'll jump in. To the point, food!

B: 4 strips of turkey bacon & 1 slice of wheat toast w/ no cal spray butter
L: Open Faced Turkey sammy w/ cheese, lettuce, red onions and ff mayo
S:Protein shake
D: 1 Cup of chili topped w/ RF cheese
S: SF Pudding cup w/ 1/2 scoop of protein mixed in.
Vitamins: on track
Water: 44 oz so far...
Exercise: 2 mile walk after dinner

Hey Kay...I don't always have time to come back and post in the evenings. Here's what I had to eat:
Protein Coffee
1/2 breakfast burrito
Nachos w/ beans and Cheese and 100 cal. pk. carrot cake cupcakes
Achiev One Cappucino
Chopped Beef w/ pinto beans and 1/2 piece of cornbread, no butter
2 small cookies my son made
part of individual bag of popcorn
1/4 c trail mix
vitamins: done
liquids: 128 oz.
proten: 80+ grams
exercise: running around all day
