Whatcha eatin Wednesday?
Hope everyone had an uneventful day. Tonight's my first night at this new hospital, so cross your fingers that everything goes well. I've been just hanging out today. I went to the gym...arrived there eating a donut! One of the guys that worked there was just laughing at me. But I worked the donut and more off! But here's my menu:
B- 1 scram egg w/RF cheese, 1/2 honey/wheat english muffin w/RF butter and blackberry preserves...yum, 3 slices bacon
S-blueberry donut
L- taco meat & FF refried beans on tortilla w/lettuce, RF cheese, LF sour cream and taco sauce...so good!
S- 42g New Whey vial
D- I don't know yet...maybe just a shake or something
Exercise: ran for 20 mins, recumbent bike for 20 mins, kickboxing for 45 mins
Vitamins:
Fluids: only 52 oz. so far...

I can picture you walking in the gym with a donut in your hand That's too funny!
As much as you exercise, you deserve it. I hope you like the new hospital tonight. I was talking to a traveler and she said it's hard because she is always the "new girl".
Anyway, I had a super busy day at work and I'm home to do nothing for the rest of the evening.
Breakfast: 1 HB eggs & 4 strips of turkey bacon
Snack: HB egg
Lunch: Lean Cusine low carb frozen dinner... Steak & broccoli & NSA diced peaches
Snack: Carb/Sugar Control Yogart
Snack: fun size bag of plain m&m's
Dinner: Grilled Turkey burger (no bun) w/ RF cheese & Salad
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
Vitmains: on track
Exercise: will walk tonight after dinner. I've been doing this every evening!
Water: 44 oz so far..

This morning, April, I was right there with you on the donuts. Instead of going to the gym, though, I went to the pool and tried to work out some muscle soreness. Today's menu so far:
B: Three donut holes and few bites of sausage and eggs.
L: Hot dog (minus the bun) and a handful of chips
S: Achieve One
D: Don't know yet
