Hello Ladies April, I'm posting again for you today. I'm just checking the board before I run to the run with Kristina. I hope everyone had a decent day. Mine was good. It's time to share your menu's... Tell us watcha eating.. Good, bad and the ugly!! Breakfast: 1/2 a wheat bagel & 2 peices of sausage Snack: 2 tbsp. of peanut butter Lunch: Smart One's chicken quesadillia & small garden salad Snack: 1 bananna Dinner: 1/2 a stuffed pepper.. stuffed with ground turkey and brown rice & A leftover baked chicken leg Snack: Protein shake Vitamins: none yet.. bad me. I'll start right now! Water: 32 oz so far.. Exercise: 2 mile walk Have a great evening, Kay

Here's my food for today: S: 1 c LF buttermilk B: Protein Coffee L: 1/2 c red beans & rice and 1/2 c jambalaya; 1/2 pc. cornbread and few bites of strawberry dessert S: AchievOne Cappucino D: Chicken crockpot stuff (just threw stuff in) S: NSA ice cream vitamins: done plus iron 2 times per day w/ oj or vit. C tablet exercise: none...had to cook and work liquids: 120 oz. so far protein: 90 grams Karla

Hey girl. Just got off work. I HATE working day shift, but today is the last of that! I just feel so worn out and tired as hell. I was able to make tacos, though! I'm a little irritated because I just had to cuss my ex-sister in law out. But I got the best of her, so I'm feeling better. But here's what I had: B- 1/2 honey wheat english muffin w/LF cream cheese and slice of ham on top, Light n Fit yogurt S- PowerBar L- salad w/chicken chunks, FF french and croutons S- SF pudding, plum, and a few goldfish D- meat, FF refried beans, lettuce, RF cheese, and soft tortilla Exercise: none..takin a break Vitamins: done Fluids: 52 oz. so far... April

Hi Kay and everyone~~~~ I have come to admit that I didnt eat well at all today! I have a good reason though!! Its my birthday!!!!! B~ grapes L~ a few bites of pretzel with cheese S~ half of a small burger and 1 french fry Vitamins: nope water: well over 64 oz Exercise: walked about 5 miles or more since Cal and I went to Valleyfair and rode on the rides and did alot of walking!!!!
