The board has been pretty quiet but I'll post anyway. Come share!!

Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Low Carb slim fast shake
Lunch: South Beach bar & Carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: Beef jerky
Dinner: Baked Turkey & Salad
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Water: 44 oz so far..
Exercise: nope

Just thought I would drop in and say hi and let you know what i was eating today
B= grapes
L- small side salad
S- brat
Vitamins: yep
Water: working on it
Exercise: ran 1.5 mi on treadmill walked 1 mi on treadmill and then did 50 crunches on bench and then lifted weights. (would of rather been outside walking and running but humidity level is almost at 100 degrees here!)

Hi Kay. I've been under the weather since vacation AND I started a new assignment today. I at least got a workout in today even though I didn't want to. I've been nibbling here and there. But here's what I had:
B- 1/2 mini bagel w/ RF cream cheese 1 slice ham on top, Light N Fit yogurt
S- 2 donut holes, 1/2 PowerCrunch bar
L- inside of broccoli/cheese calzone, some crust, 3/4 med banana
S- whole pack peanut M&M's..I needed sugar to keep me awake!!!
S- RF cheese/peanut butter crackers, Light n Fit yogurt
D- chicken breast, some salad
S- Muscle Milk protein shake
Exercise: 45 mins at gym
Vitamins: none...probably why I feel so lazy and rundown
Fluids: forgot to count but I know enough

Protein coffee
SF yogurt w/ low sugar granola
AchievOne Cappucino
2 Southwest egg rolls, baked w/ a little guacamole dip & banana pudding
McDonalds ice cream cone
Protein coffee
1 tortilla w/ sloppy joe guts
few chips and a little cheese dip
pb crackers during the night...I couldn't sleep
