OH IS SOOOO STUPID!!!

Why is uploading pics so damn difficult??? You have to resize this and resize that. Why can't they just come up with the times and allow you to upload pics regardless of the size???? I was trying to change my avatar and accidently deleted the pic, so I have no pic. If someone could help me out...thanks! I could just scream right now! OH is the only place I have a problem changing my profile pic.
