Eating Good on Fridays!
Ok, Who's eating good and who's eating bad??? It's time to share!!!!
April, i'm here killing time so i hope you don't mind me posting a lil early.
I'm just happy it's Friday. I have not had a day off since last Thursday!
I hope everyone enjoy's their weekend.
Ok, on to food...
Breakfast: Weight control oatmeal
Snack: Mango peach protein Smoothie from smoothie king
Lunch: Small salad... hb egg, sunflower seeds, cheese, red onion, cukes & lite ranch
Snack: pure protein bar
Dinner: 1 taco and 1/2 c. Refried beans w/ cheese
Snack: Protein hot chocolate later
Vitamins: NOT one! I'll start now.. better late than never
Exercise: work
Water: 48 oz so far

L-Chile Relleno burrito without the tortilla Handful of corn chips with salsa
D-Don't know maybe another pannini ( I am so addicted to those things) The spinach, chicken, and mushroom ones are reall tasty. They have 280 calories and are 6oz and fill me up pretty good.
Exercise no, but I am starting again on Monday.

No problem girlie! I've just been beat down all day. I worked out 3 times today...once by accident! I went to kickboxing 9-10a, then I was supposed to only go to BodyCombat at 12:30 but I got it all mixed up and was there by 11:45a which is when
STEP class started. So I did STEP and BodyCombat...whew! I'm def taking a break tomorrow. I guess I'll lose my 1.5lbs. weight gain real soon. But I'm going to Miami next month so I'd like to lose some more pounds so I can look better in my bikini. I've been trying to upload pics on picturetrail to no avail, so check myspace: www.myspace.com/riftyrandyrn. Here's my menu:
B- mini bagel w/LF cream cheese, Light n Fit yogurt
S- choc protein shake
L- LF bologna/cheese w/ LF mayo on 2 slices WW bread, 2 watermelon chunks
S- cheese snack, 5 crackers, few FF Pringles, some rainier cherries...so sweet!
D- Don't know yet...kinda want a salad. I need a few more carbs though, been a little dizzy
Exercise: too much
Vitamins: need B12 and calcium
Fluids: 64 oz. so far.....
