I'm back! What ya eatin?
Hi all! Jamaica was FANTASTIC!!! I went completely outta my box this vacation! Did things I would never have done before WLS. I'll post details about my vacay in a later post. Just wanted to post my menu real fast before I ran out again. I ate like the cookie monster while on vacation. I just ate, ate, ate, and did I mention eat? But the food there wasn't that unhealthy or unhealthy at all really. Lots of baked and grilled fish, baked and grilled chicken. Hardly any meals were fried, and lots of fresh fruit and veggies. The desserts they cut really small servings so that was perfect for me. The rolls got me though!!!! I know I had a roll everyday! And I did wear my bikini!!! I'll be posting pics a little later. Oh, and I only gained 1.5 lbs! But here's my menu:
B- 2 HB eggs, 3 slices bacon, about 8 globe grapes
S- Light n Fit yogurt
L- LF bologna & cheese on 1 slice wheat bread, about 4 large watermelon cubes
S- I'm running errands today, so I packed some mandarin oranges and a PowerCrunch bar
D- not sure yet and I need to throw in a protein shake at some point
Exercise: 45 mins. STE class
Vitamins: none yet
Fluids: 16 oz. so far....

Ok, who's sharing next????
Just like to add to my menu:
After lunch today, instead of the oranges and powercrunch, I had some cashews and a few FF pringles. For dinner I had some rotisserie chicken, side salad, and about a 1/4 c. rice with dinner. I'm gonna top my night off with some protein hot chocolate soon. Hopefully I'll be able to download the pics tomorrow. I had to put them on a disc first.
G'nite!
