Watcha Eating??
Alright people, it's time to share what you have ate today. The good, the bad and the ugly. It doesn't matter if you have had too much, too little or what you consider the perfect eating day... Be aacountable. I personally grazed a little too much today.
Here it is..
Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: Pure protein bar
Snack: few grapes
Lunch: left over shrimp lo mein
Snack: handful of grapes and 3 cherries
Snack: 1 peanut butter cookie
Dinner: meatloaf
Snack: watermelon
ON track with vitamins, no exercise except work and bad with water!

L-Mandarin Chicken and 1 Chicken egg roll
D-Lean Cuisine Panini
Drink-Diet snapple out of the blue-berry ice tea. About 3 bottles!
Vitamins-No
Exercise-No
Water-No
I am under a lot of stress. Family drama ya know. All I want is some peace in my life! I am so sad I could cry.

I didn't get to eat/drin****il mid-morning...here's what I have had so far, not sure about dinner yet...still trying to catch up on fluids:
small Quiche Lorraine, 2 bites of lemon tart, and cup of French Onion Soup w/ o bread
2 bottles water
Venti Decaf NF cinnamon dolce latte w/ o whipped cream w/ splenda
2 c buttermilk
No exercise, not enough protein or liquids
