Eatin Good on Friday
Hi ladies
I don't know who's around to share menu's but I'm gonna post anyway because I'm so use to seeing what I ate all written down. April's lucky butt is probably in Jamica by now, relaxing in her bikini with some fruity drink in her hand so I'm stepping in.
It's Friday so I know this will be my last decent menu before Sunday. I always do bad on Saturdays. I allow myself to have something extra yummy!!
Anyway, I hope everyone has a great weekend!!
Breakfast: Protein hot chocolate
Snack: carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch: 3 hot wings & salad w/ lite italian dressing
Dinner: Grilled lemon pepper chicken breast, grilled asparagus & 3 baked sweet potato wedges.. yummy
Snack: Protein shake
Water: 32 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 2 mile walk

JAMACA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am so envious. Not that you would catch me in a bikini, but I do have a sexy one piece that I would love to show off on a Jamacian beach with a fruity drink in my hand. Anyway, on to reality.
B two egg cheese omlet with salsa
L LF carb control yogurt with protein and two TBS of granola cereal
S Small strawberry Mickey D shake. No redeeming factors but oh so good. But if it is any consolation it made me big time.
D 1/4cup cottage cheese, grilled chicken breast.

I ate like CRAP today. Here's the menu:
B - Nothing -- slept too late since I haven't been sleeping well
L - leftover chicken oregano and some brown rice
S - microwave popcorn
D - Some wheat bread and dipping oil with some chicken breast and potatoes. THEN for dessert I had some peach crisp that I made yesterday. SOOOOOOO good, but not wls friendly in any way whatsoever.
S - More popcorn -- been craving the crunchy and salty stuff today.
Two glasses of wine throughout the evening with my hubby.
All of my water and THEN some.
See? Crap. But tomorrow's a new day.

Hey Kay. I didn't have my best eating day yesterday, but here's what I ate:
Protein Coffee
2 Chicken Thai Spring Rolls w/ SF dipping sauce
1/4 c Trail Mix
Taco Bell Mexican Pizza
1/2 c Trail Mix
Big Train Vanilla Latte (Low Carb) w/ protein powder
2 little Crusty French Rolls w/ EVOO/Spices
I got in all liquids, vitamins, and exercised pulling weeds/edging outside for 2 hrs. straight!
