Ok gang I have a question and I have yet to find an answer~ Since we have lost the weight has our metabolism gotten higher/faster? I have wondered that for sometime now and have been meaning to ask. I seem to be more hungry now since the surgery than before (I just eat the three meals a day and if I am hungry I just grab something to drink). Thanks for shedding any light on this topic~ Sorry havent been on lately~ Life is hectic and trying to get it to slow down. I still lurk and visit~ hopefully all is well for you all and miss you all! Goood question... I wonder that too now. I have noticed I've been hungrier lately... but you know what, it might be head hunger for me since I'm home all day doing nothing bu****ching the television. I wonder what else we come up with!

Hi Suzette, I do not know the answer to your question but I think.... It must be because we do not absorb all the nutrients etc because it doesn't sit in our pouches long....I have not really notice a higher hunger feeling. Someday I eat less and other days I eat more. Hopefully life will slow down a little for you.... Hugs, Chris

Don't really know the answer but I bet it's different for everyone. Lots of variables, age, gender, general health, how much you excersise, etc. How's that for not knowing the answer
