Whatcha eatin Thursday?
Hi all. I've been running running around all day. Running errands and doing last minute things before I leave in the morning. This will be my last post until I get back! Have a great weekend!
B- leftover salmon & chicken from dinner last night
S- some trail mix
L- Arby roast beef kids meal..ate the meat, little bit of bun, few fries
S- trail mix, 1 c. popcorn
D- don't know yet...probably nothing. I'm tired
Exercise: ran this morning
Vitamins: none yet
Fluids: 60 oz. yet

Hey April! Man, I SUCK PICKLES at regularly posting, don't I? LOL. Here's my menu so far today:
B - Achieve One shake
S - handful of Harvest Grain chips (abberation, but I was out getting my hair done)
L - Achieve One shake
D - plan to fix Lemon-Oregano Chicken
Exercise - does staggering hunchbacked to car to get my hair done count?? LOL

Hey April Have fun on your trip and take lots of pics. Show off that body that you worked hard far too! I know your gonna look great in that bikini.
On the menu:
B: Nothing
L: 1 C. fried popcorn shrimp .. not the best choice but it was goooood!!!
S: Snickers low carb marathon bar.. don't like this.
D: Grilled pork chop, 1/4 c. alfredo and steamed broccoli
S: Protein shake
I have not had 1 oz of water today but have drank a big diet sprite.. gonna drink some water now!
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: yard work?

Okies... doing nothing, might as well post! hahaha!
Breakfast: 1 slice toast with 2 eggs on top over easy... I actually ate like just the yolks and some of the bread... my eyes are STILL bigger than my tummy!
Lunch: Tuna and Wheat Thins
Snack: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich (low on something, got all shakey)
Dinner: Ice Cream Social at the Fair... taking my Sugar Free Syrups!
Snack: Something Protein filled... don't know what's gonna be at the Social
Exercise: Walking as much as possible... did take some naps
Vitamins: Check! (Actually doing lots better with those)
Fluids: Already 84 oz lol Working on the 3rd 42 ouncer
