Good evening ladies I hope everyone is having a good day. I got a few minutes before I cut the back yard so I decided to post since it's not done yet.

L~ South Beach frozen dinner.. chicken & broccoli
S~ 100 calorie pack of oreo's
D~ Taco salad.. lettuce topped w/ ground beef, cheese, kidney beans, sour cream and salsa. It comes on top of tortila chips but I only ate 6 of them.
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Water: not enough
Exercise: work and yard work

Don't you want Friday to get here soon! I've been out running around today. Trying to get last minute things for Jamaica including a bikini!! I bought 2 of them, but gotta take em back tomorrow. I guess I wear mediums in tankinis and large in bikinis. I hate trying stuff on in the store, so I bring them home. But I actually don't look that bad. I have the normal rolls but it ain't that bad. I see people on the beach all the time that don't have "bikini clad" bodies and think they're so brave. So why can't I??!! Anyhoo...here's my menu:
LND: Snowbird chicken salad from Bugaboo creek and RF white zinfandel vinagrette
B: 1 scram egg w/cheese, 3 slices bacon, few cherries
S: 1 serv of goldfish, protein shake
L: not healthy but cheez-its and cheese curls!
D: went to japanese steakhouse...again! Love the food..had salmon & chicken, veggies, and some rice
S- 1/2 choc donut...deserved it...I worked out twice today!
Exercise: 45 mins on equipment at gym and went back later for 1 hr. STEP class
Vitamins: I'ma bad girl...none yet
Fluids: lost track today but I'm sure enough
