Good evening Ladies!! How's everyone doing today? I'm good.. just a typical slow Monday. April, I hope you don't mind me posting.
Ok, it's time to share your menu.. the good, the bad and the ugly. My menu was very ugly this weekend so I was a good girl today.
Breakfast: 3 strips of bacon and 1 scrambled egg
Snack: 1/2 a wheat bagel @ staff meeting
Lunch: Leftovers.. Baked chicken leg, 1/4 c. brown rice and 1/4 c. steamed cabbage
Dinner: Baked chicken thigh & 1/2 c. steamed cabbage
Snack: Protein shake later tonight
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: nope
Water: low.. only 32 oz so far

Hey girl. Thank you so much! I've been moving and it's been so friggin hectic. I have my PS consultation tomorrow for my BA!!! I'm very excited. My appt. is early so I gotta go to bed early. I'll post details later. But here's my menu:
B- 1 c. fake Special K cereal w/ 6 oz. 1% milk...lol
S- protein shake
L- 2 oz. turkey, few green beans, some salad w/RF cheese & RF cheese
S- banana, few nuts
D- stew beef, 1/2 c. rice, few slices of mango
S- few bites SF pudding, few watermelon chunks, handful of pork rinds
Exercise: 45 mins. BodyCombat
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 100 oz.
