Lisa, Dr. W. did a great job on you. You look fantastic. I have that much or more skin, too. It's good to know what I might look like! I just saw the pictures today because I've been in Alabama for a week. My surgery is next Tuesday, on the 17th. Karla

Karla, I was just wondering about you this morning -- for some reason I thought you were going in this week on the 13th. I don't know WHY I thought that since I knew Dr. W was out this week. Thanks for the good comments. Even all swollen up like I am (swell hell IS a real place and I visit there regularly each day) I am amazed at how "normal" I look. I have hips -- who knew? And a flat tummy -- where did THAT come from? You'll let me know if you need anything, okay? I'm really close (in Atascocita) so I can be up your way in about 45 minutes or so (my parents are in Onalaska) if necessary. Those first few days home were a little rough, but now - nearly 4 weeks out -- I'm golden. Lisa

You're so sweet! Since you're almost 4 weeks out, you think I'll feel good enough to go back to work at my desk job at that time? Holler at me sometime when you're coming to visit your parents..I'd love to meet you in person. I'm getting more excited everyday to get the surgery over and done with. I hope I do as well as you did, even though I know it was no piece of cake. Karla
