Whatcha eatin Thurday, people!
Hope everyone had a great holiday. It poured down raining yesterday during an outdoor concert we went to! We had our umbrellas so it wasn't so bad, but we still got wet. It was a great concert though, and they were still able to do fireworks. But nothing goin on here today. I need to hurry up and get dressed because a few folks from work are goin out for dinner tonight because it's my last day Saturday. But other than that...not a thing is going on. On to my menu!
I'd like to add to last nights menu: insides of chicken gyro, few bites of the pita, 1 sm. funnel cake
Today:
2 HB eggs, Light n Fit yogurt
salad w/2 oz. chicken, LF mozzarella, cucumbers, RF balsamic vinagrette
I'll have a New Whey vial a little later
We're going to a Hibachi style restaurant for dinner so I think I'm gonna get some salmon!
Exercise: 1 hr. at gym 30 min. cardio/30 min. weights
Vitamins: none yet
Fluids: only 16 oz. so far but its still kinda early

It's sooo dang hot here!! I wi**** would rain just to cool it off a bit! After work, Kristina and I went to Target and Ross. Nothing esle exciting going on over here.
Ok let's see what I have ate today..
B~ 1 HB egg, 1 sausage patty & 2 strips of bacon
S~ 1/2 Oh Yeah Protein bar
L~ Tuna Kit & 6 cherries
S~ Grapes
D~ 1 BBQ chicken wing, 1 short rib and 1/4 C. baked beans
I'm short on protein but I'm full!
Vitamins: on track
Water: bad
Exercise: nope
