Renee, I too am bad with the exercise program. I do try and walk but I have been so busy I haven't been good. Perhaps just try and walk with the kids.... Hugs, Chris

Walking is great! I used to do that with the dog, but when she got huge pregnant, she couldn't walk so.... I didn't walk. Doesn't make sense eh???? It's just that I was so excellent with the exercise even before surgery (2 hours a day at least 5 days a week!) to ...... nothing as I got busier. I just know that almost everyone else has had to fit this in with a very busy schedule that i was lucky enough not to have until recently! Hugs!!!!

Afternoon Renee. You just have to make it a priority in your life. The way I look at it is I have to brush my teeth, shower etc. and I see my walking 30 min. everyday the same way. I work the 10-6am shift and by 7 am I am out doing my 30 min. Oh, some days I tell myself I can take a day off but before I know it I am out the door. On my nights off i still go at 7 am. The first week I started walking I lost 4 lbs. The second week I lost 7 lbs. This week I stayed the same. I guess my body needs to catch up. You just have to decied this is something for you. I really look forward to it. A person can get some thinking done while you are doing it. Cindy
