Tell me your July 4th menu!
Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday. It's been overcast here in Delaware but its been nice outside. I really haven't been doing too much really. Slept in a bit, exercised, then went house hopping a bit. Tonight, we're going the Welcome America! concert in Philly. Patti LaBelle and Hall & Oates are gonna perform and then they'll do some fireworks. We're on a thunderstorm watch so I hope the weather treats us nicely! Here's my menu...it's really not exciting:
Cheerios w/ 8 oz. 2% milk
New Whey bullet 42g
some grapes for lunch, 25g New Whey bullet
a few chips and pretzels
hamburger w/slice of cheese on bun, 1/4c. baked beans
Exercise: jogged for 30 mins around neighborhood
Vitamins: need my calcium
Fluids: 52 so far....

Happy 4th, April
It was sooo dead at work today. Then I came home chilled with the family, ate too much then fell asleep on the couch while everyone watched Pink Panther. Now we are getting ready to go shoot fireworks.
I have not had the best eating day but it's the holiday.. that's been my excuse.
B: 3 strips of turkey bacon & Carb/Sugar control yogart
S~ Dannon Lite & Fit yogart
L~ Grilled chicken breast & steamed broccoli
S~ 1/2 a Oh Yeah protein bar
D~ 1 BBQ chicken wing, 1 short beef rib, 1/4 c. baked beans & few bites of potato salad
S~ Handful of cheetoes
S~ small root beer float.. 1/4 c. FF vanilla ice cream and diet root beer
OMG, I ate too much today.. I am stuffed!!!!
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: nope
Water: not enough
Oh well, tomorrow's another day.
